Our PPM service provides managing agents, landlords and tenants with a financial forecast and timeline for the future replacement or refurbishment of MEP equipment within their building assets.

Our service can influence service charge budgets and long-term investment strategies, when used in tandem with or following our TDD service. We are able to support all building types and reporting time periods, considering future energy efficiency requirements and the impact of ever-evolving minimum energy efficiency standards (MEES). 

Should a fixed engineering asset be recommended for a planned life cycle replacement, we can offer additional support via our MEP Project and Design Services to help deliver a cost effective asset replacement, aligned with wider building investment strategies.

MEP Asset Verification

Prior to the digitisation of the construction industry and the storage of information in large data clouds, landlords and asset managers had to rely on hard copies of information via Operations and Maintenance (O&M) manuals and record drawings to inform them of system types and asset provisions.

Our MEP Asset Registration service will plug the gap that often appears, as we undertake thorough detailed building surveys to capture the MEP fixed plant equipment and ensure that a digital registration of the MEP assets is provided.
