We appreciate, understand and consider the entire life-cycle of a building in everything that we do. We have the foresight to consider a client’s future lease obligations as part of conceptual design considerations, or to plan strategic plant replacement works around future key budget or lease events. We work with landlords, asset managers, occupiers and other real estate professionals, providing them with commercially sound design and consultancy advice.

We advise our clients from the point of a building’s original inception, and construction, right through to the day-to-day operation, lease/tenancy events, refurbishment, acquisition and subsequent disposal. We have the experience to advise on all MEP related consultancy requirements and we take great pride in what we do.
