It was great to be out on site today with @RussPye to review the strip out/enabling works being undertaken at this property. Unova Consulting have been appointed as lead MEP Consultants to undertake the Stage 3 design of all MEP services for the conversion of this previous care-home into 12 luxury apartments. The property will be renovated in keeping with its heritage features along with the installation of brand new M&E services to create stand-alone living accommodation. We look forward to working alongside #OxburyCharteredSurveyors and #WiltshireArchitects to develop the tender and monitor the construction works.
