Unova is a firm of consulting engineers providing specialist mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) services to the real estate industry, across the whole building lifecycle from design to operation, lease events and disposal.

Landlords, tenants, asset managers, occupiers, investors, funders, building consultancies, architects, interior designers, managing agents and contractors.

Yes. Our directors have represented institutional and blue-chip clients as expert witnesses on dilapidations and lease-end disputes. Our team has extensive experience working alongside surveyors and Section 18 specialists in complex cases. Backed by courtroom experience, our advice is built to withstand rigorous cross-examination as independent expert witnesses.

Before you exchange or sign your lease, while there is still time to price MEP risk into the deal or plan capex around it.

Asset Engineering focuses on the operational performance, maintenance and technical management of MEP assets during their working life. PPM provides the strategic lifecycle view, identifying anticipated replacement requirements, investment priorities and forecast expenditure to support longer-term capital planning. The two services are complementary and can be commissioned independently or together.
